Kadri Rexhepi, the character seen in the videos provided by Indexline speaking at the point of fraud, where Faton Dallaku's money is taken before he's supposed to do private hospital work within the KKUK space in 2012, he's been locked up in police handcuffs today.
The handcuffs are set today by the other person involved in this scheme of beating Hashim.
Regarding the fraud relationship, police are also looking for other suspects, and depending on the investigation, there are still expected to be arrested.
