Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj responded to the UN leader's statement, which said Kosovo cannot declare a person <x0non-grata”.
Harainaj through a Facebook post has said that obtaining justice and misusing UN symbols are serious violations and that rule of law is the responsibility of Kosovo institutions.
