The agreement was signed by Finance Minister Bedri Hamza, and the ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Kosovo, Christian Heldt.
Finance Minister Bedri Hamza said Germany is continuing to help the state of Kosovo with its taxes.
Hamza said that today they signed an agreement for the fourth phase of good governance whose value is 2m euros.
This deal, made 10 years ago, has produced significant results in increasing accountability and transparency.
Germany's ambassador to Kosovo, Christian Held, said the earliest phases of this agreement have increased the executive account.
He said that through this stage other instruments will come that will further contribute to the increase in the executive accountability and transparency of parliament.
The German ambassador said more must be worked in ATK to boost taxpayers' confidence.
