According to KMDLNj, these escapes are not that they happen for the first time as stated in a “statement about the fact that there are no safe rooms at QKUK or Regional Hospitals so some convicts simulate diseases to then create access to escape”.
“in this context KMDLNj has demanded that within the Kosovo Correcting Service a hospital be built only for those deprived of freedom where all the detainees and convicts who are in the supporting institutions on Kosovo territory” will be treated, the council says.
