Kosovo police have arrested MP Dardan Moliqaj. The Social Democrat Party reports he was arrested this morning in his apartment.
According to the PSD's announcement, Moliqaj was arrested under the argument for participating in the protest to release Albin Kurti in 2015.

Kosovo police have arrested MP Dardan Moliqaj in the early hours of the morning. He was arrested in his apartment and was not warned earlier about hearing or court appearance.
Molyqaj has been arrested under the argument for participating in the protest of the release of MP Albin Kurti in 2015. The MP's arrest in question has been in conflict with freedoms and human rights and in full violation of legal procedures. For this reason, that protest has been fair and necessary.
The Social Democrat Party requires the immediate release of MP Dardan Moliqaj. The PSD is for rule of law, where freedom for protest and criticism is respected. Therefore, any attempt to harm them is unacceptable to us.
