“Albania has demonstrated all commitment to opening negotiations. The Commission has told the truth about Albania. The new report is not the old report. The new report is evidence of new successes. Instead of controversy, the time has come for active communication with member states.
The commission itself found Albania's parliament to be functional. This report has a message for the opposition, and anyone who has enough will understands that, so the opposition must be re-entered in political institutions. The Commission says obstacles to the European future must be overcome.
The EC has said political, electoral reform has been violated, by the behaviour of the opposition, this report testifies that technical criteria have been met by the government.

The minister also spoke of the sea deal with Greece: “Zero problems with neighbours. It's a condition to advance further on our European journey.
