I have just been informed that Serbia's state authorities have arrested Marjan Gjokan, who works for the Kosovo Tax Administration until he was returning to Kosovo.
I condemn Serbia's continued action against Kosovo citizens and seek its immediate release.
Fearing and provoking Kosovo officials was travelling to Serbia from the security device that Serbia is a reminder of the mentality of the 1990s in Belgrade today.
