Hollywood actor Arnold Schwarzenegger was attacked while attending a event on his trip to South Africa.

The former governor of California was attacked at a sports event with a man who hit him from behind by slamming him for a camera, writes Independent, translates Periscope.

Schwarzenegger was in Johannesburg, South Africa, when this incident occurred, reports The Sandton Chronicle.

He was photographing fans when a man jumped and hit the 71-year-old.

The video shows that man being arrested immediately after this action, while Schwarzenegger is seen leaving that event moments later.
