The action in the North

In the north of the Republic of Kosovo, the Kosovo Police have conducted a broad action, which has left 19 people arrested and five injured police officials, including 6 citizens. During this action, which had begun investigating a year earlier, the first weapons were confirmed. Police operation [...]
And security connoisseurs have different opinions about how to deal with this action.
From the Kosovar Centre for Security Studies, they call for the declarations of institutions to be cautious, Periscope reports.
Mentor Vrajolli from the Kosovar Centre for Security Studies has said the risk of destabilizing the security situation is not about police intervention, but about where the action took place and that re-vanning actions may exist.
So the risk of destabilizing the security situation behind these shares has little to do with the intervention of the Kosovo Police there. This has more to do with the fact that the region where action took place, integral part of criminal activities, is also influential on the political level there”, Vrajolli told Periscope.
And in many cases, these econs have gone through that they have direct links to official Belgrade and have been finds as puppets to keep the conflict on ice in this part of Kosovo. So the risk of these econs being activated and aiming to take re-vancing action, there is still”, Vrajolli said.
He has also appealed that institutions take care of their statements and be cautious.
What we need to be careful about is that the country's institutions should be extremely cautious with their statements. Shares like this one should not be represented as supposed untrotic action rather than any other action that took place in Kosovo, aimed at empowering rule of law in the country”, he said.
Among other things, Vrajolli said such shares should continue throughout Kosovo.
Therefore, shares of such sizes should continue in other parts of the country, and not they will be placed under the shadow of shares like this one of today”, he told Periscope.
Meanwhile, security issue connoisseur Avni Islami has said that there will be no further implications from this security action.
I think that in terms of security there will be no further implications, because for preserving the land and air security of Kosovo's territory, KFOR is authorised and therefore Kosovo Police are doing their job in full compliance with the 34x1> law, Islami said.
According to him, Serbia is trying before the EU to present the north as part of the co-copied, which is actually the territory of Kosovo.
“Kinsa such action has been undertaken to intimidate Serbs in the north is Serbia's tendency to present the north to the EU as part of Kosovo's territory and as if measures are being taken to intimidate citizens”, he said.
Among other things, he said this action had to be undertaken earlier because the jungle law is functioning in the north.
“The police operation is action which was to be replaced earlier, when it is known that organised crime in Kosovo is prospering, despite the trends of security institutions, it is known that in northern Kosovo the jungle law is functioning there, they have made the law themselves, and there has been no functioning Kosovo law or Serbia. With the fact that people of Kosovo's uniformed Serb parallel structures are arrested in the north shows that police action has always been needed there, I think Kosovo Police action is a fair action and should go on and there is nothing wrong from”, Islam told Periscope.
We remember, that the Kosovo Police action began in the early hours of the morning and encountered a resistance from criminal structures in the north, blocking roads and preventing this action./ P ERISCOPI/
