150 thousand euros are earmarked for fixing the Llap River in Podujevo

One of the projects for which financial means were shared is the continuation of the Llap limit adjustment in Podujevo, for which 150 thousand euros were allocated.

Other projects for which modern co-operation memorandums were signed are: Construction of the water pipeline in Gjonaj, Prizren, which totals 277 thousand euros, and will solve the problem of providing drinking water for residents of this part of Prizren; Construction of the Breznica-Charica sewer, worth a total of 100,000 euros this year, and also 100 thousand euros was supported last year; Construction and channeling in the village of Breznica ʹ Kozaric '%Obilic, 100,000 euros; The fixing of green spaces and the planting of wood dealt with Obilic, 50,000 euros; the cleansing of rivers, rivers and canals, Obilic, 100,000 euros; Cleaning up the rivers in Kufca, Stanishor, Prekovc and labjan, which totals the budgetary value of 200,000 euros this year.

Minister Fatmir Matoshi before the mayors of these municipalities has expressed his confidence that these projects will be realised over time and have an efficient management from relevant municipalities.

At the same time, it demanded a greater commitment to environmental protection, the maintenance of green areas, the protection of rivers from pollution, and also the awareness of citizens' environmental protection, even through the application of fines.
