Prime Minister Wessel has called for punishing Serbian criminals who, even after 20 years, have not received the sentence deserved by international justice for crimes and massacres committed in Kosovo.
Through a post on his Facebook page, Wessel has said that anything but punishment is a failure of international justice.
On the day of the dead tonight, I stayed in Krusha, this Kosovo martyr village. For a few weeks we celebrate the 20th anniversary of liberation, but the wounds of war are still vivid in our hearts and minds. Executioners of these massacres must be punished. Anything but punishment is a failure of international justice. We will never stop until the truth and justice for our dead are put in place”, Vessel wrote.
