According to Weber, those who are mentioning deadlines in this agreement are not thinking of a solution that can preserve Kosovo's integrity.
I would say that this is a juncture of those who push for the exchange of territories, which I would say has long been past any ambition to be a historic” agreement, he said.

“Let's remember that we had a long time of Western-mediated talks about what today or for the last two years in public speeches in Belgrade are referring to as compromise it didn't work because of Belgrade's lack of will, because of their entire history of the 1980s with Kosovo, where Kosovo was an instrument for Milosevic's policies, for the ethnic madnesss of Yugoslavia, but it was never the only issue Belgrade wanted to deal with, because there was an Albanian majority, and for this reason, you know, a kind of compromise of the last two years that Belgrade has never asked for the first time, KTV has said.
