Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has urged Kosovo Serbs not to allow Albanians who, as he has said, a total of 0.1 per cent or 1 per cent of them in northern Kosovo, to choose their representatives who would represent Serbs before the world, warning that after talks with world leaders at the end of this month, Serbia will come up with its own measures, Koha.net broadcasts.
After talks with representatives of Kosovo Serbs, and after the election declaration in the north, it has talked about these elections.
