In the first winning round, it could be the candidate, who has won majority votes from the total number of voters -- either 904.066 votes.

According to Article 81 from the Constitution, if no one in the first circle gets the necessary majority, two candidates who have won the most votes in the first circle go to the second district.

The second round of voting is held on the 14-day deadline after the end of the first round of voting, in this case 5 May. For president, the candidate who has won majority votes is elected if more than 40 per cent of registered voters, or 723.253 voters, in the polls, have emerged before Article 121, paragraph 3 from the electoral code.

If even in the second round none of the two candidates have received necessary numbers of votes, the entire election procedure is repeated.
