Shaimaa Ismaileel, 24, was participating in the Northern American Islamic Ray Convention in Washington, D.C. this weekend, when she appeared in front of an anti-Muslim protest group, Shayma decided to make a sign of peace in front of protesters, presenting herself with a smiling view just a few meters away from them.
