Two teenagers arrested, planned nine murders

This notebook containing eight sheets of notes where the girls had written in detail the taking of firearms and the destruction of evidence by burning and burying the bodies of their victims.
The teacher noticed that the girls had hysterical behavior while looking for their notebook and heard one of them say that “I'll just say it's a joke if they call me or if they find it”.
Then the teacher found the notebook on which the girls had written as “Private information”, “Do not open” and “Project 11/9”.
The girls are being held in custody pending a court hearing. Each faces nine counts of murder and three counts of kidnapping.
It doesn't matter if they thought it was a” joke, said Scott Dresel, spokesman for the University County Sheriff's Office, quoted by the Fox47 news channel. “There's no joke about something like that. You're not kidding about killing people”.
