Following discussions in the Kosovo Assembly on the Diaspora Bill, which lasted over two hours, the bill was not put to the polls due to lack of quorum, as only 37 MPs were in the hall.
While there is no quorum, the Assembly is continuing to review points based on the agenda.
It is currently considering the Labour Bill, which has been originally reasoned by Labour and Social Management Minister Skender Recica.
