Shala at the International Fair “Pristina 2019”, calls for domestic product consumption

Trade and Industry Minister Andrew Shala has expressed gratitude to Kosovo producers who are contributing to the country's economic development, job creation, and improved trade balance.

Minister Shala stressed that the Ministry of Trade and Industry's main focus has the support of local producers, who today displayed their very quality products at the International General Fair “Pristina 2019”.

Kosovo's “government and the Ministry of Trade and Industry are committed to supporting local producers to certified their products, to be ready and competitive for foreign markets. Keep working to increase the quality of our products, to increase market and trust in products “Made in Kosova”, Shala said.

The minister stressed that all activities and projects within the MTI are aimed at supporting Kosovo companies.

“I take the opportunity to invite all Kosovo companies and their representatives, such as the Economic Oden, to continue and advance our co-operation towards these goals. These are challenges, but also great opportunities, and we can only do it by cooperating. From here again, we express particular gratitude to Kosovo producers, who by their work are contributing to the development of the country's economics”.

The minister said the MTI will always be alongside businesses and will opt for solutions to their problems, calling for local products to be consumed.
