The Social Democrat Party, which has called this anchor, has submitted several recommendations in shape, where the Parliament would require the Government to terminate all actions taken so far in terms of registering this new energy company.
The PSD said the Assembly should ask the government and the Ministry of Economic Development to interrupt all actions undertaken so far in connection with the registration of Kosovo's energy company, until the Assembly decides to guarantee commercial agreement between the Contur Global Company and the Government of Kosovo for the Kosova e Re thermal power plant.
This session was attended by the country's prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj, who called on MPs to support, as he said, the establishment of the potential for electricity production in Kosovo.
He said Kosovo should not remain only consumer, and continue to buy energy from Serbia.
The Assembly failed to harmonise any resolution or anything similar, and the presence of MPs in the hall was in small numbers.
