Serbian List Candidates Certificate for northern Mitrovica Elections

CEC Chairman Valdete Daka said that after voting and turning their decision back on PZAP, it could be considered that the Serbian List is certified, as she stressed, the CEC is commanded to implement PZAP decisions and that their decision should be annulled. “We have the PZAHP decision, with the provision of this decision, is partially accepted as based on the appeal of political subject Lista Srpska with headquarters in the northern Mitrovica municipality. Under two, the CEC's decision of April 24th 2019 is annulled and the Central Election Commission is ordered to certified political subject List Srpska with mayoral candidates Goran Rakiq, Vicina Jankovic, Srdjan Voulovic and Zoran Tadic for the extraordinary elections to be held on May 19th, 2019. PZAP decisions are binding. Under the law we already have the PZAP order to certified List Srpska with its four candidates”, Daka stressed. This opposition party member Vetevendosje Movement Adnan Rrustemi, who said it stands behind the earlier decision for reasons, according to him, they have lost the constitutional and legal right to participate in these elections.
