According to a police press release in Germany, the Serbian car had been stopped by police at the border checkpoint near Kiefersfelden and during the search of his documents, police had found he was wanted by authorities because of a previous fine sentence for trafficking.
“During the search of his vehicle, police have seen his fellow travellers -- from Albania and Kosovo -- fail to meet the conditions for entry into Germany. Due to suspicion of trafficking, all passengers and driver have been sent to Rosenheim”, made known by police, broadcast “Koha Ditore”.
Serbia, which had previously been convicted of trafficking, faces a new indictment for trafficking foreigners. After he has not been able to pay the penalty with fines, police have pronounced the sentence to about four months in prison.
His fellow travelers have been denied entry into Germany. After the police measures were pronounced, they had to leave Germany.
