Students have protested that the conditions they study are very difficult. They say that they are laboring adequate space, material, and many other things for the practical work done there. They have also expressed concern about the abolition of most programmes.
If students do not meet their demands, they have warned that they will continue to demand their fulfillment through protests.
From the Student Parliament, Edison Bibaj, has said that student requests have never been taken seriously by the UP's management.
The representatives of the Faculty of Arts are today blocking this academic unit as we have warned earlier from injustice and not considering our complaints and come out to block, we have seen the only way. One thing to mention for the Faculty of Arts is accreditation in this academic unit, which this year has not accredited the Agency of Accreditation, nor accredited directions such as Bachelor acting, Bachel apps arts, basic visual arts, design, stage and Bachelography, Bachelor playwright and master, film and Bachelor television records. As most of our faculty is seen, it has not been accredited for next year, and that is disturbing”, he said.
Meanwhile, Labeat Bytyci, a student of the Art Faculty branch, has said that the object in which lessons follow does not meet even the minimum conditions.
This significant number of students are here for a new object that serves students to manage different subjects, lectures, tests and exercises. Here at the Faculty of Arts, no basic conditions are met, nor is this object dedicated to the Art Faculettes, but it has been exploited by the Orthodox Church, nor has it been designed nor planned for the Facules of Art”, he said.
He has also talked about the absence of life - saving materials, where he said that students are forced to pay for material that the faculty would have to provide.

This fee is too high for students”, he said.
The Student Parliament has warned that next week they will continue with the deadlock of other academic units, until just two days ago they have blocked the entrance of the UPP reactor.
