The prosecution has confirmed that the indictment against Ramadan Selimi for the “assault on the official person” was filed on 10 October last year.

On 15,03.2018, the prosecutor of the case has made a decision to initiate the investigation, and at 10,09.2018, he has filed charges against the highest-ranking defendants in the case of criminal conduct {Sulmi against the official person from Article 410, par. 2 connected to money. According to the Penal Code, Selimi could be sentenced from six months to five years, Periscopi reports.
