Judicial Chamber defendant A.H. For the criminal offence, he found him guilty, and pronounced him a prison sentence for five years, in which the sentence would be counted the time spent in custody.
A.H., it is charged that in December 2018, in the Ferizaj municipality, respectively, he has sexually misused the injured minor E., in the way he has just sent him into his home, and has forced him to commit sexual acts without her consent, using force in which he has caused minor bodily injuries.
Against this bias, the parties have the right to complaint in the 15-day term from the day of acceptance of the written-shaped bias. The complaint addresses the Court of Appeals in Pristina through the Ferizaj Foundation Court.
