Community Rights and Interests Commission and Returns has announced Interior Ministry Minister Ekrem Mustafa, concerning the security situation in Kosovo and incidents that have interethnic motives.
Mustafa said that in relation to the region Kosovo stands well on this issue and there is a decline in cases of interethnic incidents in Kosovo.
Mustafa said the MPB is dedicated to maintaining order and law enforcement, for a safe environment for all citizens, in particular, preserving security for all communities.
Kosovo Police General Director Rashit Qalaj said the security situation is quite calm and stable, despite some incidents that he says have not affected national security.
He says crime trends are also on the decline.
As a concern for the KP director, he mentioned the number of fatal accidents, which he said has marked increases compared to the same period last year.
