MP Pantina as part of the Commission for Public Administration, Local Governance and Media has commented on the director's selection, saying the Director General RTKa must be elected by two-thirds of the votes of board members.
RTK Director-General “is named two-thirds of the board members' votes, while Article 25 (Pika 2) says Board of RTK has 11 members. Consequently, the appointment of the Director with only the votes of the 6 board members is illegal”, Perscope has written the Panta on Facebook, says.
She also said it regrets that for the second time, the Board of RTK fails to appoint Director General, saying that RTK needs to return to the public

The appointment of new RTK Director General is contrary to RTK law
Not wanting to prejudge if the candidate elected by the board RTK is competent and has fulfilled all criteria (for this responsibility holds the Board as the body called to make the selection); the procedure under which the director has been appointed is contrary to the law. According to Article 31 (point 3) of the RTK Law, RTK General Director is named by two-thirds of the votes of board members, while Article 25 (point 2) says the Board of the Board RTK has 11 members. Consequently, the appointment of the director only with the votes of six board members is illegal.
It's a pity for the second time, Board of State. RTK fails to appoint the Director General, and this also speaks of how politicised this institution is and about the actual need for RTK to return to the public. We call on the Board to reflect on its decision and resume procedures that, in the short term, appoint the new RTK director. /Periscopi/
