France does not need Kosovo's money; neither as a substance nor as a symbol. Over 1 billion euros have already been collected for Notre Dame. Such money also needs hospitals that require sterile gloves before each birth. For this money and much more needs Kosovo's courtiers, whose government has decided to sell “franquz”.
