Although last October the Ministry of Public Administration has published the list with three potential names for this position, August has not yet followed the recommendation for director of this agency, Koha Ditore writes today.
This year's AK has been subjected to an assessment by the European Association for the Security of Quality at Higher Education (ENQA) and the European Book on High Education Security (EQAR), which will assess the Agency's progress and deadlocks.
One of the challenges is considered the remnant of AKA without director for five years now.
The Ministry of Public Administration through a written response has said that, given its responsibilities, the process of recruiting for directorship at the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation has conducted it in line with the legal provisions in force. According to the MAP, the list of potential candidates, published on the MAP's official electronic page, has also been sent to Education Minister Shyqiri Bytyqi, but has not yet received recommendation from him.
