In her concluding speech to the European Parliament, EU foreign policy chief Federica Moghrini urged the EU today to open new talks and accelerate existing negotiations with Western Balkan countries.
“I believe that it would be necessary to speed up and invest more in the accession negotiations already occurring with Western Balkan countries, as well as in our strong partnership with those who are not yet a” candidate country, Moghrini ordered.
