The leaders of the Western Balkans who attended this summit were received and greeted warmly by the host last night.
President Thaci today in his account at the Institute has posted a video, showing him warmly greeting Chancellor Merkel and President Macron.
In this video, Merkel and Marco are seen until discussions with Thaci continue even after their greeting.
