Learning causes of collapse of Kosovo Fushe object

An object which was being built to become a mall has collapsed in Fushe Kosovo.

Klan Kosova learns that the cause leading up to the collapse is the start of building the second floor without having concrete dry yet well.

Whether they did so is unknown because of any inspection as workers were working at night.

Under anonymity, one worker claimed that the workers had completed their work at 6: 00 p.m., but had urgently sought concrete.
