Julian Assange arrested within Ecuador Embassy

The latest international news is that Wikipedia co-founder Julian Assange was arrested after seven years at the Ecuador Embassy in London, United Kingdom police say.

Assange was accused of raping two girls in Sweden, which the prosecution had called political in order to be seized by American authorities, who accuse him of publishing many diplomatic cables, writes Periscope.

Days earlier, Assange had said there were spies inside the Ecuador Embassy.
