Kosovo Security Force for Research and Rescue Unit has arrived in Mitrovica to provide needed assistance in the search for one of the workers who seized the collapsed walls of the former Adriatic Hotel in Mitrovica.
KSF members, trained for such cases of research, are aiming to track down the worker who was working on the renovation of the former hotel, when part of its walls collapsed, KTV reports.
The search for one of four workers performing the renovation at the former privatised hotel has been under way since 1600. Three have survived, while the other is still searching.
As the director for Protection and Rescue said earlier in the Mitrovica municipality, the new owner of the privatised hotel or the owner of the renovation works has not had adequate permission from the Urbanism Directorate for touching pillars within the buildings.
