International Relations Professor Africa Hoti considers that if the foreign affairs minister feels responsible for Kosovo's failures in foreign policy, he should resign.
According to him, one should take responsibility for the failures in this area. In the 45-minute interview for Kosova Prees, Hoti says the approach of Kosovo diplomacy must be changed.
According to Professor Hoti, there is extraordinary lack of recognition and approach to Kosovo diplomacy is wrong, so it must be changed.
Asked whether they should engage in foreign diplomacy more, including the president and prime minister, Hoti says they all have responsibilities, and that all approach should be changed.

According to him, under such circumstances when there are so many failures in foreign diplomacy and non-memberships in foreign organisations, the foreign minister would have to resign.
In Kosovo's failures in foreign policy, Hoti also mentions Serbia's influence, which, according to him, has been known would not remain silent in this direction.
But according to him, Kosovo politicians have not been well-consolidated inside or outside and have taken urgent actions that have then brought negative results.
In the 45-minute interview for KosovaPress, Hoti has also responded about the 100% tax.
According to him, the tax has achieved its effect, but the same should not be allowed to return to Kosovo's harm, as regards losing partners
