According to the court, the accused has also been subjected to the additional punishment of stopping the vehicle in the two-year term.
The alleged F.A. has been charged by the prosecution since he had driven the vehicle in 2016 without being equipped with a driver's license and not adjusting the speed of moving to road conditions and had hit the D.P. injured by causing serious bodily injury. The damaged panel for the implementation of property legal demand is directed at regular legal-civilist disputes”, said in the communique.
Against this act, the court says the side is eligible for complaint in the 15-day term at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
