At the Foundation Court in Pristina, the hearing hearings for the three returnees from Syria in Kosovo, Agon Misini, Arijan Kryeziu and Visar Qukovci have ended, while the court is expected to make a decision during the day to continue detention.
Three suspects who have participated in fighting in conflict areas in Syria, within the terrorist group I SIS, have left the court under tight police measures.
However, minor Rexhe Tafaj was assigned a month-long detention measure yesterday.
Ahmet Tahiri, Arijan Kryez's lawyer, said they reject the Special Prosecutor's request.
“We as defence normally rejected this requirement for the fact that the pre-entity elements with Article 1 of the Republic of Kosovo have not been met, concluded already hearings for the review of this demand, and we are awaiting the verdict... specific conditions, such as the settlement, the identity of the defendant, the riskability of criminal act”, he said.
As for his client's state of health, he said he seemed to be fine.
Asked whether he has expressed regret, he said Arijan Kryeziu has chosen to defend himself in silence.
My “client has been quietly protected”, he's finished.
Otherwise, they allegedly participated in fighting in conflict areas in Syria within the terrorist group I SIS.
