This service is intended to help the main Family Medicine Centre in implementing visits to all patients who receive home medicine, who indisposed to other health causes, cannot visit medical centers, whether in their home or in the city.
The “platoon, closer to citizen”, receives meaning through this service, where professional teams -- according to the German Caritas model -- will provide health services to older people, lonely people and serious social cases in their homes” -- have indicated Mayor Jashar.
The period of implementation of this agreement is two years old, and starts from April 1st of this year to 31.12.2020.
