Haziri pleased with work on Gjilan's second promenade

Gjilan Mayor Lutfi Haziri, during his visit to construction of the second mall in the south, has expressed satisfaction with the dynamics of the works there.

“I am satisfied with the dynamics of the works, and now this country is getting quite different views. This is the segment that has solved the main problem for the residents of Deremalhal, the Balech Quarter, and Dardania, since the reeks have had unbearable life. We're going to continue our work on building the mall, even in the direction of the Aklapi Lands and the Dardania district. We will continue with the same logic of implementing the project to cover the riverbed to the end, which means building the sewage treatment plant, providing solutions to the problem”, he added.

Haziri has warned that this year they will also provide solutions to the Stanishorka River project, as well as to the Morava River.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is the largest investor, while the Gjilan municipality, together with the Government of the Republic, participates with direct financing in these projects”, has concluded the head of Gjilan.
