After the decision of the president of the Republic of Kosovo to declare elections in Zubin Potok, Zvecan, Leposaviq, and North Mitrovica, I invite political subjects competing in May 19th 2019 elections to use their constitutional right to represent citizens' interests, participating in these elections. I also invite citizens of these municipalities to come up with these elections and vote on the best candidates to work for the good of the citizens of these municipalities. I call for free and democratic elections, based on our Constitution and our laws and higher international democratic standards, Haradinaj has written.
