Enver Haradinaj's murder occurred in April 2005 around 14.55 minutes, near the village of Raushq, at the Peja-Decan magistrate. That was the third death in this family. Two Haradinaj family brothers were killed during the war (Shelzen and Luan Haradinaj), while two others were killed at the time Enveri was killed in prison cells -- one arrested on charges of The Hague Tribunal for war crimes -- former Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and the other, Daut Haradinaj, then sentenced to 5 and a half years in prison as well for war crimes.
