Ademi and Rama are charged that with order for material gain, they had forced and threatened to damage Dritaro Cadolli, in terms of paying a type “car SINCE X5”, worth 30 thousand euros, which was then claimed to hand over the then chairman of the Pristina Municipal Assembly, Sami Hamiti, reports “Justice bet”.
At Wednesday's session at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the final word was provided, but prosecutor Feti Tunuzliu has proposed that Sami Hamiti be heard in the witness's quality, since, according to him, he was the key witness in this criminal case.
