Haliti: In Koshar, only commanders.

Haliti, at “Debat Plus” with Ermal Pandur at RTV Dukagujini, has said his idea has been better fought at the border with Serbia in order to stop arms and soldiers supplies for Serbs than in Kostunica's Albanian-Albanian border.

“Ahmet Krasniqi has had ideas to stage the attack and release a part of Kosovo and the army general staff there to be deployed. His lessons have been the lessons of a regular army of command and military, state, government structures, but were not of that level when it came to Kosovo”.

The deputy head of the Assembly says he had information on Kosara, but he himself has never been there.

“I have information that they are willing to start the battle in Kostunica”, he said, conveys Telegrafi.

Haliti says that when they made arrangements for the start of the Kostunica Battle, members of the KLA with protagonists he says he does not know whether they were soldiers or commanders.

“I don't know how they [the Ministry of Defence] were organised ( FARK, because many times I hear no one is coming out but all commanders. It wasn't like that”, Xhavit Haliti said, among other things.
