Germany punishes Moghrin at Berlin Summit changing its role

EU High Representative Federica Moghrini has been punished by Germany, which has allowed Pristina and Belgrade to discuss the borders. Thus, tomorrow she will not be at the Berlin Summit as EU High Representative, and Kosovo-Serbia negotiating mediator, but will go there as European Commission vice president or as [...]
A regional meeting, initiated by France and Germany, and seen as held on Monday, April 29th, is still the number one theme in many Balkan and Western media.
The reason for this lies in the fact that the main point will be a discussion of future relations between Serbia and Kosovo.
The conference will be divided into two parts, but in both cases, the focus will be relations between Serbia and Kosovo, as well as their implications throughout the region, N1 reports.
The European Union's High Representative, Federica Moghrini, will be present at this meeting, but only as European Council Vice President Jean-Claude Juncker, television reports.
This information has also been confirmed by EU spokeswoman Maja Kocijanciq for Radio Free Europe. Representatives from all Western Balkan countries will be present at the conference, but only Kosovo and Serbia will be represented by presidents and prime ministers.
The only representatives of the EU countries, invited by conference organisers, are from Slovenia and Croatia.
Serbia's prime minister, Anna Brnabyq, has no high expectations of the meeting in Berlin. Belgrade is willing to continue the dialogue, once Pristina removes the tax, it has repeated.
And Kosovo Government officials say the main theme at the summit will be dialogue with Serbia, and that there will be no final agreement between the two countries.
