German MPs: Bundestag against exchange of territories

Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has made this known after meeting with German Bundestag deputies Peter Bauer (CDU) and Christian Schmidt (CSU).

He has said MPs have reconfirmed Bundestag's support for Kosovo.

MP Peter Bauer has stressed that the German Bundestag opposes the exchange of territory.

We have also talked about dialogue that we will support, and we also discussed the issue of border movement, which we are against”, Bauer said.

Schmidt also pointed out that anyone who thinks that such an idea can be lived and wrong because the exchange of territories would create even bigger problems in the region.

Bauer has said we are of reconciliation for dialogue to continue.

Schmidt, meanwhile, said that the best of all good would be to create an economic development so that youth and citizens can have jobs.
