Ferizaj educational system will be digitised

The package of local government measures for digitisation of administration services and official inter-systems, following the establishment of the Innovation and Intervention Centre, is being added to a new project -- the first of its kind in the Republic of Kosovo, supported by the Ministry of Innovation and Intervention.

At today's meeting of Ferizaj chairman Agim Aliu, who was accompanied by Deputy Finance Minister Mustafa Grainca and the head of the municipality's cabinet, Selim Marevci, with Minister of Innovation and Intervention, Besim Beqaj was discussed operating the Centre of Innovation and Interference in Ferizaj, whose object is at its conclusion, as well as all other conditions ahead of the arrangement for establishing this centre.

As Ferizaj's Company reports, special at this meeting, there was the support that the Ministry of Innovation and Enterprises gave to Ferizaj for the project of digitising municipal services, with special emphasis on the education system, which will be realised for the first time in our country, the willingness to which Minister Beqaj himself confirmed.

Ferizaj Community Chairman Agim Aliu said that with this project, but other projects that are being implemented to benefit the digitalisation of services under the municipal administration, Ferizaj is finally closing the cycle of basic investments in facilitating services for citizens, creating model services across the country. He further said that even the functioning of the Ferizaj Centre of Innovation and Enterprises is a added value in this direction, enabling young people to present their ideas and vision.

Digitalisation of services represents the crucial step and the new chapter in the function of transparency, for which local governance has clear objectives within the governing platform, whose life is being done through such projects.
