The European Union should permanently end discussions about changing the borders between Kosovo and Serbia, to avoid tensions and clashes which could erupt at any moment.
This is the assessment that has emerged from an analysis of the European Stability Initiative (ESI), which bears the title “Hipnographer Aleksandar Vuciq, John Bolton and the return to the past”, writes Koha Ditore today.
