Meanwhile, last night other suspects, minor Rexhe Tafaj, have been assigned a month-long detention measure.
At the courtroom, the three suspects were brought in today to hold the first hearing session, for persons brought from Syria to Kosovo.
Ahmet Tahiri, Arijan Kryeziu's lawyer, said they reject the Special Prosecutor's request.
As for his client's state of health, lawyer Tahiri said she seems to be fine.
Asked whether his client, Tahiri said Arijan Kryeziu had chosen to defend himself quietly during the hearing.
Otherwise, medical examinations have continued during today at the asylum seekers' centre in Vranidol, Pristina.
Kosovo's team has visited this centre, where only children are seen playing in the courtyard, but rarely are the family members who came there.
The state of Kosovo had managed to return 110 citizens Saturday morning who were staying in conflict areas in Syria.
Among them, four men, 32 women and 74 children. The four men were allegedly involved in fighting in conflict areas in Syria under the Islamic State. The Kosovo institutions' operation was supported by the United States.
