Daciq: In Berlin we don't let go of Kosovo

Serbia's Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic has said the meeting of Western Balkan leaders in Berlin, in which even Kosovo representatives will participate, will not be crucial to resolving the Kosovo-Serbia problem because, he added, Serbia will not give in to pressures of blackmail.
