Confirmed indictment against Grabovci and others for Pronton

The Foundation Court in Pristina, the Department of Criminals, has made a ruling with which it has rejected the request for the drop in the indictment in the case of “proto” and objections to evidence exercised by defenders of the A.G., A. P, J.D., I.G., S.G., B.B., N.K., Mr. P, F. S., I.N. and R.A., labeling them baseless. [...]
The Foundation Court in Pristina, the Department of Criminals, has made a ruling with which it has rejected the request for the drop in the indictment in the case of “proto” and objections to evidence exercised by defenders of the A.G., A. P, J.D., I.G., S.G., B.B., N.K., Mr. P, F. S., I.N. and R.A., labeling them baseless.
The above-mentioned indictees are charged by the Special Prosecutor in Pristina since co-operation and co-ordination, have committed criminal work “The violation of equal status of citizens and residents of the Republic of Kosovo in the attempt of”.
Against this act, the parties have a five-day complaint right at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
Charged in the case “Proto” are former US Deputy President Fatmir Shubdovci, current minister Besim Beqaj, current deputy Zenun Pajaziti, two former secretary general, Ilham Gashi and Xhavit Daj, former Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Shurdaj, political adviser to MPB Sadat Gashi, former director of the public company's board “Randoniqi-Dukani <Dukani” in Gjakova Iswaj, former director of the public company <4Hdroi-Defi in Abzhazi>, former Prime Minister for the former Parliamentary Minister for Defence and Minister Nizitzafi in Pajni, Apojani, Apojazijani, former Minister for the former Apocikafia for the US Minister for the country.
