Members of the Parliamentary Investigative Commission for the enlightenment of the case of the expulsion of Turkish citizens have had clashes between themselves in question, concerning the publication of the report that has been issued by this commission for the case of Turkish citizens.
According to MPs, the commission has made several violations. MP Hajdar Beqa stressed that the president's interview should come later.
“Let the agenda be set once for the next 30 days. We have the report that needs to be reviewed and then the President's interview comes to a serious loss. Public names are coming out that shouldn't have come out. Dritton, when you published the report on the findings and sent it to the prosecution, you violated the law on parliamentary investigation. We wanted to send that report back to place and then publish it”, Beqaj said.
On the other hand, MP Driton Selmanaj stressed there have been MPs who have sabotaged the work of this commission.
You first blocked this commission's work. The report didn't go on behalf of the commission, but on my behalf and the chairman's. But if you want to clear this case we'll whiteen it if you want to block it, know you can't. The president should be interviewed to give details, is the key witness to provide solutions to this process”, he has said.
According to MP Anton Chun, no sensitive information has emerged from the commission, Telegrafi reports.
I don't know that any sensitive information has come out of this commission. Everything we've understood by the authorities as AKI, the Court, the Prosecutor's Court, has not been classified at all because they've been preserved by us, nor we as we know. I hope we have this information at the meeting with the President. If we talk about the commission's sabotages, I don't know that at any committee meeting any member has been removed except those who have tried to protect the personality of President”, Quinn said.
MP Ganimete Musliu has reacted by saying this commission has violated the laws. Among other things, Musliu has stressed that he will no longer participate in the vote and discussion on this commission.
I refuse to be in a commission that works illegal, because we have violated procedures. I will no longer discuss the materials we discuss even if the President comes. We have violated the laws on this commission, and I will attend every meeting called but silent without voting and discussing any cases. I'll only speak at the Assembly session if we can hold it”, she said.
According to MP Muharrem Nitaj, the purpose of the commission is not to have the report published but to clarify the case of Turkish citizens.
The report can be corrected, it can be rewritten, but if you don't get your vote he can't go anywhere. This commission should vote on a report to be discussed. The report is valuable when considered on the commission and sent to the plenary session”, Nitaj said.
